CAMPING PITCHES BOOKING

  • Every booking implies the acceptance of these rules and conditions.
  • Our rates includes : pitch’s rental from 2PM the day of your arrival and will have to be free the day of departure before 12. The rate also includes the facilities access, the playground access and the pool area access. Maximum 6 persons on every pitch. Rates do not include the local tax according to the current rates (per day and per person more than 18 years.
  • Booking terms : a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The rest of the stay and the local tax will have to be paid maximum the day before of your departure.
  • Cancellation : cancellation will have to be made by registered letter. If the cancellation is done less than 45 days before your arrival, your deposit will be lost. When your stay has already started, the deposit is also retained. The plot is kept during 24 hours according to the date of your arrival. Without any news from you, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is retained.
  • Possibility of cancelling insurance : 4% of the total amount of your stay.
  • Pets : pets are allowed within the campsite. They have to be leashed and vaccinated. The presentation of the vaccination record must be asked at your arrival. Pets are not allowed to stay alone or to be left inside the rental alone. The access to facilities or playground is strictly prohibited. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are strictly prohibited.

RENTALS OR COTTAGE BOOKING

  • Every booking is personal and nominative and cannot be subleased. For safety reasons, the rental is limited between 2 and 9 persons according to the rental. Unaccompanied minors won’t be accepted. The tenant must have a civil insurance.
  • Local tax : the local tax is on extra : 0,40€ per day and per person of more than 18 years.
  • Bookings : In July and August, rental’s bookings are from saturday to saturday. Arrivals are from 3PM and departure before 10AM. If the tenant arrives before the date and time of arrival, he won’t be able to occupy the rental.
  • Payment terms : the booking has to be accompanied of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The rest of the stay will be due the day of your arrival, and also the deposit of 200€. This deposit will be returned the day of the departure. If you leave when the reception is close, your deposit will be send it to you by mail except if the rentals is not clean properly or if any damages are found. If the rental is not clean, the cleaning package is 50€. The inventory of departure will have to be the same as arrival, every missing aim will have to be replaced or paid by the tenant.
  • Cancellation : cancellation will have to be made by registered letter. If the cancellation is done less than 45 days before your arrival, your deposit will be lost. When your stay has already started, the deposit is also retained. The plot is kept during 24 hours according to the date of your arrival. Without any news from you, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is retained. No reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure for any reason.
  • Possibility of cancellation insurance : 4% of the total amount of your stay.
  • Visitors : visitors are allowed between 10AM and 9PM and have to present themselves at the reception and pay the tariff in use. Visitors are under the responsibility of the tenants or campers who welcome them and the will have to respect the regulation of the campsite. Their vehicle will have to be parked in the outside parking.
  • Pets : within the rentals, cats are not allowed, only one dog per rental (if under 8kg). They have to be leashed and vaccinated. The pet is an extra according to the camping’s rates. Pets are not allowed to stay alone or to be left inside the rental alone.
